Jason rejoins Fisher Phillips, where he will represent employers in state and federal courts and counsel them on compliance with a vast array of employment-related laws and regulations. A large part of his practice will focus on representing companies in a variety of workplace disputes, ranging from single-party harassment and discrimination claims to large wage and hour class actions and California PAGA matters.
