Laurel Cornell Featured in Louisville Business First Article About Her New Role as Regional Managing Partner

In an interview with Louisville Business First, Laurel Cornell discusses climbing the ladder at Fisher Phillips, which gave her the opportunity to gain valuable perspective and be able to serve as a Regional Managing Partner with the ability so see the role from all angles and relate to both junior and senior lawyers at the firm. Laurel also explains that she is excited to be part of a growing trend of female leadership at Louisville firms, and she credits Fisher Phillips’ commitment to diversity and inclusion for helping to make strides in the promotion and retention of women in the legal industry. She goes on to discuss some of her initiatives for the office, including striving to be good corporate citizens. She notes, “we, as citizens of the Louisville community are really interested in giving back to the community and doing what we can to help with the revitalization of Downtown Louisville.”
