In an interview with Law360, Steven Bernstein discusses the repeal of Michigan’s right-to-work law and whether that state’s decision will impact what other states may do with their own right-to-work laws. He explains that the states that adopted right-to-work laws after 2010 were in similar economic situations and competing with one another to some extent. "The economy, in some ways, can speak volumes about where a particular region of the country will go," Steven said.
