Joshua Nadreau, an attorney in the Boston regional office of national labor and employment law firm Fisher Phillips, has been selected to participate in the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Labor & Employment Law’s Young Lawyers Division Fellowship Program.
The two-year program is designed to give young lawyers an opportunity to become familiar with and actively involved in the Section, which, among other benefits, allows members to pursue their specific areas of interest and puts them on the cutting edge of new labor law issues.
Nadreau’s practice is focused on representing and counseling employers in all phases of labor relations, including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, unfair labor practice proceedings, and strikes. In addition, he defends employers in a wide range of employment litigation, including matters involving alleged unpaid wages and unlawful discrimination in both state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
