John Polson discussed all of these topics and more in a bylined feature article in Staffing Success magazine. He said that 2022 will be the year that we’ll begin to address “life on the other side of the pandemic,” which means there will be more of a focus on new legal compliance challenges, and a renewed focus on older ones.
“There’s a silver lining here. While these compliance challenges may require a lot of effort, intensified focus by regulators on challenges such as these may be a sign that COVID-19 will soon be in the rearview mirror,” he wrote.
