Whether it be romantic relationships, friendships, or enemies, personal relationships are a part of the workplace and can help or hinder the business. Personal relationships also create employment law issues and headaches that every owner, HR professional, or manager may have to navigate. This presentation will focus on common problems that arise from interpersonal relationships in the workplace and the best practices for preventing these issues from escalating into lost productivity, or worse, a lawsuit.
