By now, you probably have heard that an election will be held November of next year to determine who will serve as the 45th President of the United States. What you may not have heard, however, is how the election of our next President could impact employers across America. As candidates from both of the major parties simultaneously court powerful unions for endorsements while also seeking to curry favor with corporations willing to lend financial support to their respective campaigns, prudent employers should be mindful of the issues in the upcoming election that could have a significant impact on their businesses.
