He outlines the safety procedures the new standards establish for covered businesses, including the creation, implementation and maintenance of an effective written COVID-19 Prevention Plan. Within those plans, employers must implement systems for communicating, identifying COVID-19 hazards, training and instruction, and reporting and recordkeeping, among many other workplace procedures. Colin explains these new standards create a physical and financial burden for employers.
