Catherine joined BDP International, Inc. in 2002 as General Counsel, US, assuming her present role of Chief Legal Officer in 2004. Catherine is Chair of Corporate Counsel Forum of the International Bar Association 2011-2013, and a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Forum of Executive Women, and the National Association of Professional Women. Catherine speaks regularly on cross border M&A activity, corporate governance and anticorruption within global organizations and has published articles in the ACC Docket and Forefront Magazine.
Angie Alleva, Director, Trade Compliance Services, BDP International, Inc.
Angie has over 35 years of extensive experience in supply chain activities. In Angie’s current role, she is responsible for the management and execution of trade compliance services to a number of multi-national clients. Angie developed and led BDP’s customized Importer Security Filing (“10+2”) service offering. She has also been instrumental in the design and deployment of BDP’s Compliance and Customhouse Broker applications.
