Roger Quillen forecasted that the Trump administration will be far more employer-friendly toward workplace law and regulation.

Labor and employment firms will also benefit from the new Trump administration, said Roger.

"In almost every facet of our practice, representing employers in workplace disputes and compliance, the current administration has been aggressively pro-employee and against the interests of employers," he added.

"For eight years there has been a very aggressive administrative regime with new regulations that are tough on employers in almost every area of our practice—wage and hour, safety and health, EEOC and traditional labor law."

"With the new administration, we would expect that trend to be halted and reversed," Roger said.

Roger predicted that enforcement of many Obama administrative actions will cease when Trump takes office and that there will be "wholesale revisions" of regulatory and enforcement policy.

"This will truly be a sea change," he said. "Any time there is such a profound change in the rules, regulations, laws and enforcement policies affecting the workplace, people in our field are very busy."
