The State of Workplace Safety: COVID-19 and Beyond - fpVirtual with our Louisville Office
Event
4.14.21
10:00 – 11:00 a.m. EDT
In this six-month complimentary series, the Fisher Phillips Louisville attorneys will present virtually on trending labor and employment law topics affecting employers across the country in a post-pandemic era. This program is designed for HR managers, in-house counsel, safety managers and those who manage employees.
Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the President and OSHA have already made changes designed to improve workplace safety, a key focus of the Biden administration. This webinar will provide employers a discussion of changes that have already taken place and what else to expect from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the agency charged with protecting America’s workforce, over the next four years. Some topics will include the new OSHA National Emphasis Program (NEP), recordkeeping relating to COVID and the status of in-person inspections and the process. Join the Louisville Fisher Phillips Workplace Safety team, Todd Logsdon and Chantell Foley, as they walk through a virtual discussion of workplace safety updates.
