Jennifer highlighted how important it is when choosing a party venue.

She said employers should not choose a place that could make employees uncomfortable or encourage the wrong kind of behavior.

“A strip club is never a good place for a Christmas party, and it is also best to avoid throwing it in a church or synagogue, even if you are just using the rec room,” said Jennifer. “Stay away from sex, religion, race and anything else that could be controversial in terms of costume or location.”
