Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that James Bradbury has joined the firm as an associate in the Denver office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, James spent three years serving as a judicial law clerk. Immediately after law school, he clerked in Colorado’s Eighth Judicial District for the Honorable Gregory M. Lammons, whom he assisted with a diverse docket of civil, criminal, domestic relations, and probate matters. He then moved to the Colorado Court of Appeals, where he worked with the Honorable Steven L. Bernard and the Honorable David J. Richman to draft opinions in a wide variety of cases involving everything from constitutional criminal law to complex commercial disputes and matters of first impression.
At Fisher Phillips, James will represent employers in workplace law disputes and provide companies with counseling and advice on all aspects of their employment relationships.
James is the fifth new attorney to join in Denver in 2022, bringing the lawyer count in that office to 27.
James is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School, where he was an articles editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and a teaching fellow for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.
