Fisher Phillips Welcomes Drew Tate in Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (Jan. 14, 2019) – Fisher Phillips announces the addition of Drew Tate as an associate in its Sacramento office.
Drew represents employers in a variety of employment litigation matters, including discrimination and harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination, worker classification issues and wage-and-hour actions. He also assists clients with class action matters and trade secret litigation. Drew joins the firm from Porter Scott in Sacramento.
Drew earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame School of Law (2016), where he served as editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. While in law school, he clerked for the Antitrust Division of the California Attorney General’s Office. Drew also clerked for Judge Barbara M. Scheper of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. He received his B.A. from Chapman University (2013).
