Fisher Phillips Partner breaks down Washington D.C.’s New Law Restricting Noncompete Agreements

News

Risa reviews the exclusions to the new law, as well as the anti-retaliation provisions. A bright spot for employers, Risa said, is that the new law does not do away with confidentiality agreements — however, it says nothing about non-solicitation agreements.
