In an interview with The New York Times, Todd Logsdon discusses the increasingly thorny issue of how employers manage employees who decline to get vaccinated. While some employers are mandating vaccines, others are grappling with whether to require unvaccinated workers work from home or continue to mask up. “If you’re going to treat vaccinated and unvaccinated employees differently, it needs to have a well-reasoned basis and not be done in a sort of harsh and derogatory way,” Todd explains.
