In an interview with Bloomberg Law, Deniz Reilly shares her expectations around the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) enforcement efforts. Deniz explained that EEOC Chair Andrea Lucas signaled fertility treatment wouldn’t be covered by the agency’s Biden-era Pregnant Worker Fairness Act rules and added that she wouldn’t anticipate fertility treatments to be encompassed in any future definitions.
