Fisher Phillips Grows Sacramento Office, Adds Employment Litigator Natalie Bustamante

Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of Natalie Bustamante as an associate in its Sacramento office.

Bustamante represents employers through all stages of employment litigation in state and federal courts on matters involving wage and hour, whistleblower, retaliation, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims. She also provides counsel regarding employee training policies, new-hire and termination procedures and preventative strategies to avoid disputes. Bustamante joins the firm from Kennaday Leavitt Owensby PC.

A rising star in the Sacramento legal community, Bustamante serves as chair of the Sacramento County Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Executive Committee, sits on the board for the Sacramento Employer Advisory Council and has been a member of the Women Lawyers of Sacramento since 2010. Also active in the larger community, Bustamante serves as vice president of the Sacramento LGBT Community Center and is a founding member of 100+ Women Who Care Sacramento Valley, a group of women from a variety of industries committed to supporting their local community. 

Bustamante earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (2008) and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame (2005).
