Denver (Nov. 15, 2018) – Fisher Phillips announces that Denver partner Todd A. Fredrickson has been honored by his alma mater, the University of Colorado Law School, with its Distinguished Achievement Private Practice Award. Todd will be honored at the Colorado Law Alumni Awards Banquet on March 14, 2019.
In his practice, Todd tries employment cases before juries, judges, and arbitrators. He is one of a small number of labor attorneys in the Denver market who practice traditional labor law, representing employers in union campaigns, contract negotiations, grievance arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges. He also serves as chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusiveness Committee.
“I could not be more proud of Todd, not simply because he earned this award, but more specifically because of the things he does day in and day out that warrant this recognition,” said Mike Greco, managing partner of the firm’s Denver office. “Todd leads by example with the quality of work he performs on behalf of our clients, as well as his numerous contributions to many local charities and legal organizations.”
The awards banquet is the University of Colorado Law School's signature alumni event, where the school celebrates the Colorado legal community and honors its distinguished alumni. Past recipients of the award include Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Nancy Rice; Bill Ritter, Jr., former Colorado governor; and U.S. District Court Judge Christine M. Arguello. The award honors individuals who exemplify professionalism, integrity, ethics, community or pro bono service and overall service to the practice of law.
