Fisher Phillips Dallas Partner Dianna Bowen Listed as a 2013 Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star in School and Education

DALLAS, TX (March 8, 2013) – The Dallas office announced on March 8 that partner Dianna Bowen has been named to the 2013 Texas Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list in School and Education Law. This is the fifth time Bowen has been recognized as a Rising Star.
Selections for the list are based upon independent research and peer nominations from the Thomson Reuters-owned publication. Recognition in Super Lawyers Rising Stars demonstrates an exemplary degree of respect and professional achievement the lawyer has earned from peers. Attorneys must be under 40 years of age or have been practicing less than 10 years.
For more than 10 years, Bowen has successfully defended public school districts, charter schools, public and private colleges and universities, and private schools on a wide range of school law issues. These include personnel, special education, student discipline, public information, open meetings, civil rights, sexual harassment, privacy rights, and contracts. Bowen counsels and advises administrators in formulating preventive strategies, drafting personnel policies and procedures, and training employees in all areas of law.
