It does not include healthcare reform, legislation proposed in prior sessions such as the Re-empowerment of Skilled and Professional Employees and Construction Tradeworkers (RESPECT) Act, the Civil Rights Act of 2008, the Equal Remedies Act, the Independent Contractor Proper Classification Act, or others, nor does it include proposed regulatory changes. These proposed laws are grouped by category and listed in the order in which they were introduced this year.
