Celia Joseph, of the Philadelphia office, participated in three separate presentations at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's 17th Annual Employment Law institute held in Philadelphia April 27 -28, 2011. She participated in a panel discussion entitled "The 360 Degree Evaluation of an Employment Case". Celia was the moderator of a session called "EEOC Mediation: Strategies for a Successful Resolution of EEO Claims." She also gave a presentation entitled "The Evolving Law of Privacy in the Workplace."
