In an interview with the Denver Business Journal, Mike Greco offers insights on the passage of Colorado House Bill 1317, which would restrict employers from using non-compete agreements for workers making less than $101,250 a year. Mike tells the Denver Business Journal that employers can avoid the $5,000-per-worker penalty for violations by eliminating new one-size fits all restrictive covenants and carefully analyzing their existing agreements.
