COVID-19 Update - Next Round of Employer Issues

Like the virus itself, employer issues are growing geometrically.The first issues to surface involved traveling and handling employees returning from China. Now employers are working to adapt to a swift increase in US patients and government responses. Every day presents decisions about working remotely, evaluating potential hazards associated with each job, responding to employee concerns about work, staffing, and maintaining business operations.

We will discuss the latest CDC, State Health Department and other guidance including instructions about handling large groups and area-specific hazards, as well as pending state and federal emergency legislation and regulation.
