In order to minimize the potential of costly lawsuits, knowing how to properly conduct an effective investigation is crucial for HR professionals and managers. In this presentation, attendees will learn:
1. The proper steps for conducting an internal investigation;
2. How to effectively manage employee bullying and employing complaints;
3. The right and wrong way of dealing with he said/she said scenarios and innuendos; and
4. How to keep litigation at bay when harassment allegations arise.
