Columbus Partner Discusses President Biden's Federal Vaccine Mandate

In an interview with The Journal-News, Bob Robenalt discusses when Ohio manufacturers can expect OSHA to begin enforcing Biden’s federal vaccine mandate. While Bob says, “We’re still a little ways out from this taking effect,” he warns that employers should prepare for the new standard. “[OSHA] is traditionally running in a position where they run fairly lean throughout the country,” Bob says. “There are budget issues and staffing issues they are faced with, but I would think the Biden administration wants this to be a priority.” He adds: “The employer at their own peril will violate any of these standards.”
