California Pay Data Reporting – Changes Are Coming!
Event
2.15.23
2:00 PM — 3:00 PM EST
While much of the attention on California’s recently-enacted SB 1162 has focused on new pay transparency and job posting requirements, the legislation also made significant changes to California’s existing pay data reporting requirements (which apply to employers with 100 or more employees). This webinar will take a deep dive into these changes (including new requirements for pay data reports for employees obtained from “labor contractors”) so that you are well prepared to comply by the new May 2023 reporting deadline.
Our Fisher Phillips team is privileged to be joined during this webinar by Adam P. Romero, Deputy Director of the Executive Programs Division at the California Civil Rights Department (CRD). Adam will be on hand to discuss recent guidance updates issued by CRD and other materials and templates updated by the department. We will take a closer look at everything you need to know about what’s new with California’s pay data reporting and will answer your hot-burning questions as well.
The firm is submitting this webinar for HRCI/SHRM credit for this live webinar.
