Building and Managing Remote Global Teams
Event
12.07.22
2:00 PM — 3:00 PM EST
An increasing number of employers are receiving requests from their employees to work remotely, sometimes from another state or even another country. Before an employer agrees, the legal and tax implications of such an arrangement must be considered. As remote working has become the norm, many countries have enacted new laws to address the issues associated with working from home, such as employee monitoring, health and safety, and stipend reimbursements. This webinar will review some of these new pieces of legislation and predict the trend in international remote working. Join attorneys William D. Wright and Nan Sato as they outline the risks and issues employers should consider when an employee is expected to work from another state or a foreign country. If you have any questions, please contact Donna Kearney. Educational Credits
