In an interview with Bloomberg Law, Travis Vance discusses how Virginia’s COVID-19 workplace safety rule could become a model for a national standard. The article contrasts California’s rule with Virginia’s rule, and Travis predicts that the federal standard will be much more like the Virginia rule. He notes that “California’s standard has a lot of difficult things to comply with…[and] a lot of employers would be taken aback at the resources they would have to pour into complying.”
