ADA, FMLA, and workers' compensation leave can be difficult to administer on their own. Together, they present a complex challenge. In this session, we will provide a brief overview of each statutory scheme, and then discuss how employers can comply with the requirements of each when those schemes interact. You will learn how to spot tricky leave issues; what to do, and what to avoid, when evaluating a leave request; and concrete tips that you can use to navigate the road ahead.
