The U.S. Supreme Court has heard two cases posted to reshape the higher education admissions process. Join us as we discuss the cases challenging affirmative action in admissions at Harvard and the University of North Carolina. This webinar will provide an overview of the hearings that took place on October 31, 2022, in SFFA v. Harvard and in SFFA v. the University of North Carolina.
