Search Firm Submissions
Recruiting Agencies: Fisher Phillips works with a select group of recruiting agencies to support our associate and of counsel hiring needs. We value professional partnerships that are transparent, well-managed, and aligned with our hiring standards.
To ensure a consistent and efficient process, all recruiting agencies must follow the submission guidelines outlined below. Submissions that do not comply with these requirements will not be considered referrals.
Candidate Submissions:
- All associate and of counsel candidate submissions for all offices must be sent via email to: recruiting@fisherphillips.com
- Partner-level candidates should be submitted separately to:
partnerrecruiting@fisherphillips.com
Submissions sent directly to partners, attorneys, or firm employees outside of the recruiting team will not be considered referrals, and no fee will be due.
Initial Submission Requirements
Recruiting agencies should begin with a blind profile submission for initial consideration. Blind submissions should not include the candidate’s name or application materials.
A blind profile must include:
- Position and office of interest
- JD year and law school
- Current position
- Summary of relevant experience and skills
- Desired compensation
- Reason for seeking a new opportunity
- Any additional context helpful for review
If Fisher Phillips elects to move forward after reviewing the blind profile, the recruiting agency will be asked to submit full application materials.
Full Application Materials
A complete associate or of counsel application includes:
- Resume, including phone number and email address
- Law school transcript
- Writing sample that is unredacted and written within the last 12 months
Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
Important Guidelines
- Recruiting agencies must obtain a candidate’s authorization before submitting any materials.
- Fisher Phillips does not accept recruiting agency submissions for law students or judicial law clerks for entry-level positions.
- Submissions of unidentified candidates do not constitute referrals.
- Ownership of a candidate is determined in accordance with the firm’s recruiting agency agreement.
