Overview

Clarence Belnavis is the Regional Managing Partner of Fisher Phillips’ Seattle office. He maintains an active labor and employment practice in both Washington and Oregon, representing employers throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

A seasoned trial attorney, Clarence represents employers in employment litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, traditional labor matters, and workplace safety issues. He is particularly well known for defending employers in complex wage and hour litigation, including class and collective actions, and has extensive experience handling high-stakes wage and hour matters in the Seattle metropolitan area and throughout Washington. He also advises employers on workplace safety compliance, responds to agency investigations and citations, contests citations, and represents employers in administrative hearings and trials.
