Shayna Balch Santiago is a partner in the firm’s Phoenix and Los Angeles offices. She represents employers in employment and labor litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Her practice centers on wage and hour class and collective actions and Americans with Disabilities Act matters, and also encompasses claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. She advises on preventive compliance, conducts employee and management training, and drafts and updates personnel policies and employment agreements.
A frequent speaker on cutting‑edge employment law issues, Shayna presents regularly for local and national associations, including at the annual SHRM Arizona State Conferences and the national SHRM Annual Conference and Expositions.
