Overview
Megan Clark is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ San Francisco office. She represents employers in a wide variety of issues arising within the employer/employee relationship, including claims of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination, disability accommodation and retaliation. She has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation, from discovery and depositions through dispositive motions, settlement negotiations and trial preparation. Megan also regularly represents clients against charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH).
In addition to her employment practice, Megan has experience defending financial services institutions in state and federal courts against matters relating to mortgage lending and consumer finance disputes. She has also represented a wide variety of defendants in personal injury and products liability litigation.
From 2019-2021, Megan was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star – an honor awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in California.
