Kelsey Schiappacasse is a partner in the Firm’s Philadelphia office. Drawing on experience in both the private and public sectors, Kelsey represents employers nationwide in a wide range of employment-related matters, offering strategic, practical guidance tailored to each client’s business objectives.
Kelsey maintains a balanced practice encompassing both litigation and day-to-day counseling. She regularly represents employers in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies, in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Kelsey is actively involved in all phases of litigation and administrative proceedings, from initial case assessment through resolution.
