Overview
Justin Reiter is an associate in the firm’s New York office. He represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims, as well as wage and hour disputes.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Justin served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor and Employment law division of the New York City Law Department. As an Assistant Corporation Counsel, Justin defended the City of New York, its agencies, and employees in complex labor and employment matters in both federal and state court.
Justin graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as the Senior Editor of the Moot Court Honor Society, and was a recipient of the Cardozo Service and Achievement award. As part of the Moot Court Honor Society, he competed in the Mardi Gras Sports Law Invitational, an appellate competition focusing on sports-related legal issues. Justin and his teammate won first place in the competition, and they also won the award for best brief. Additionally, Justin was named the “Competitor of the Year” in the competition.
