Overview
Gabrielle Giombetti is a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on litigation and counseling matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, unfair competition, employee raiding, and breaches of fiduciary duty and duty of loyalty. Gabrielle also regularly advises clients on employee transitions and layoffs and prepares executive employment agreements, separation and severance agreements, and related employment arrangements. Her practice also includes pay equity counseling and audits, as well as workplace investigations.
Gabrielle advises and represents companies with multi-state and multinational workforces, working closely with them to develop practical and enforceable restrictive covenant strategies across their organizations, and to navigate the challenges of enforcing and defending such agreements across jurisdictions with varying legal standards. Her clients span a wide range of industries—including financial services, insurance, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, automotive, and technology—and range from Fortune 20 companies to emerging startups.
