Overview
Chris Chaplin is an associate in the Los Angeles office. He represents employers in all aspects of both state and federal employment litigation, including single and multi-plaintiff matters involving discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment claims, as well as claims brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
During law school, Chris served as an extern to the Honorable Joseph DeVanon, Honorable C. Edward Simpson, and Honorable Jan Pluim of the California Superior Court. He also served as a Lead Article Editor for the Southwestern Journal of International Law.
