Bridget Stewart Lanouette
Bridget Lanouette is Of Counsel in the firm's Philadelphia office. She has extensive experience defending employers in employment litigation involving claims of race discrimination, gender discrimination, sexual harassment, racial harassment, breach of contract, labor arbitration and wage and hour class actions.
Before joining the firm, Bridget handled employment legislation issues on Capitol Hill as a staff member for United States Senator John McCain.
In addition, she has in-house experience as senior attorney practicing employment law for a major corporation.
Bridget advises and counsels employers on a variety of aspects of the employment process including hiring, discipline and termination practices. She also has frequently conducted training for management and human resources personnel.

Bridget is actively involved in her church where she mentors a group of students studying in an intensive four-year Education for Ministry Program. She also teaches youth at her church and is active in her children's school through reading with youth.
