Overview
Ceci Sun is Of Counsel in the firm’s Los Angeles office where she provides day-to-day advice to employers involving all areas of labor and employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and compensation issues. Ceci also advises employers on wage and hour laws, exemption status, meal and rest break policies, and reasonable accommodations.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Ceci was Workplace and Litigation Counsel for a national fast casual restaurant group, where she advised on a wide range of fair employment and wage and hour matters, led workplace investigations, developed workplace policies and training procedures, and led company-wide compliance initiatives.
