This webinar will cover the following topics:

  • How to Apply What You Know?: Now that you understand the law, this segment will focus on practical steps you should take to comply with the law.  It will discuss best practices in policies and offer insights on the steps you should take when put on notice of an incident impacting Title IX.

The webinar will be presented by Scott Schneider. Scott is a partner in the firm's New Orleans and Houston offices. He specialize in Title IX compliance and is an instructor at Tulane Law School.
