
Overview
Leora Ghadoushi is an associate in the Los Angeles office where she uses her strong legal research, writing and communication skills and results-oriented approach to defend clients against a wide range of employment issues, including wage and hour claims, PAGA actions, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, disability and religious accommodations, and whistleblower claims.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Leora gained significant insight into the court’s analysis of employment law issues as a legal extern for the Honorable Anthony J. Mohr whose docket heavily consisted of complex employment law cases.
While in law school, Leora regularly appeared in court as a Certified Law Clerk. Through this, she became well-versed in preparing discovery, settling disputes, and negotiating with opposing counsel.
She is an active member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and in local civic leadership organizations. Leora graduated from UC Berkeley and UC Irvine School of Law.
