
Overview
David Han counsels and represents businesses in a range of employment-related and traditional labor matters, including many involving the New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act and the National Labor Relations Act.
David joined Fisher Phillips after practicing as an associate attorney in the Labor and Employment Group of a large regional law firm, where he represented public and private employers in matters before the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Committee and the NLRB. David assisted clients with unfair labor practice charges, unit clarification petitions, and collective bargaining negotiations. He also has experience drafting appellate briefs and employee handbooks, handling issues relating to discrimination, equal pay, the Family Medical Leave Act, and New York State and City Human Rights Laws.
While in law school, David served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Linda Lordi Cavanaugh, J.S.C., in the Family Division of the New Jersey State Court, and for the Honorable Joan Bedrin Murray, J.T.C., in the Tax Court of New Jersey. He also interned at the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration in the New York Regional Office, where he assisted the public with ERISA matters. Upon graduation, David clerked for the Honorable Joan Bedrin Murray, J.T.C.
