Amy Choe advises on and litigates a wide range of employment law matters. She has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants throughout the state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.

Amy has successfully represented employers and managers in a wide range of industries, including hospitality, transportation, property management, and healthcare in connection with discrimination, harassment, and wage & hour claims. She has obtained complete dismissal of a 15-claim employment action based on the California Fair Employment and Housing Act through a hotly-contested summary judgment motion one month before jury trial commencement.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, she practiced employment and professional liability at an AmLaw 200 firm, often representing international law firms and national accounting firms. She also has handled various intellectual property and family law litigation issues.

While in law school, Amy was an extern for the Honorable Barry Russell at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
