Peter Gillespie was quoted in the August 11, 2014 Wall Street Journal Risk & Compliance Report article "The Morning Risk Report: Ebola and the Americans with Disabilities Act."
The World Health Organization has declared Ebola a public health emergency, and multinationals are restricting travel to or evacuating employees from affected areas. He adds that it would be worthwhile to consult the pandemic flu guidance issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 2009 for insight into how regulators might respond to similar scenarios.
