  HR Dive Turns to Labor Relations Team for NLRA Basics


For employers and frontline managers, understanding the National Labor Relations Act (ACT) in terms of the workers it covers, the rights it protects and how it is enforced, is critical to protecting a business from litigation. Jazmyn Stover, Cleveland partner in Fisher Phillips’ Labor Relations practice, spoke with HR Dive on the basics that employers need to know. She recommends that employers understand their rights if employees unionize. She also advises employers to understand what rights the NLRA provides employees regarding concerted activity and encourages managers to keep up with recent NLRB rulings.
