Google Glass is Coming: Should Employers Be Concerned
HR Daily Advisor quoted New Jersey Associate Jason Storipan in the article “Google Glass is Coming: Should Employers Be Concerned” on October 10.
The article discussed the new Google Glass that is a wearable computer with a head-mounted display, that can take pictures, record video, send messages, and provide information.
“A number of places have already banned the use – even though not available to the public yet – and if access to confidential material is part of a job with the company, you may want to consider the same,” Jason said in a BLR webinar.
He advised that employers should “review the current policies and consider adopting new ones to address the new changes and the new capabilities.”
