Fisher Phillips Welcomes Brandon Kahoush in San Francisco
SAN FRANCISCO (June 6, 2019) – Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of Brandon Kahoush as an associate in its San Francisco office. Brandon is the fourth attorney to join the firm’s San Francisco office since the start of 2019.
Brandon represents employers in all areas of employment litigation, including wage and hour and collective actions, PAGA claims, single-plaintiff claims, and retaliation and wrongful termination claims. He represents a variety of companies in the hospitality, technology and food and beverage manufacturing and distribution spaces. Brandon also has experience advising and training managers and supervisors on preventive litigation practices, focusing on complying with applicable laws and regulations, avoiding workplace disputes and resolving employee relations problems. He joins the firm from Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP’s San Francisco office.
While in law school, Brandon clerked for the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law (2016) and his B.A., cum laude, from Chapman University (2013).
