Fisher Phillips Strengthens Washington, D.C. Office with Employment Litigator
WASHINGTON D.C. (August 13, 2018) – Fisher Phillips announced the addition of labor and employment litigator Setareh Ebrahimian, who joins the Washington, D.C. office as an associate.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Setareh worked as a labor and employment attorney at LeClairRyan. She represents clients in a variety of employment matters in both state and federal court and devotes much of her practice to representing employers facing discrimination claims, as well as employers facing investigations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and similar local and state agencies. Setareh also advises employers on general business litigation matters, including personal injuries and landlord-tenant disputes.

Setareh earned her law degree from the American University, Washington College of Law and her undergraduate degree from George Washington University. She is also an active member of the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia.
